By creating an account or using Forkwow (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If your access comes through a program or membership that resells the Service, that program's terms apply in addition to these.
The tools
Forkwow provides AI-assisted creation tools: an image generator, a video generator, and a voiceover studio. Remake Studio, remaking a proven video around your product, is included in the Creator Suite Pro plan. Outputs are produced by automated systems and delivered "as is": review anything you rely on before publishing it. Feature availability depends on your plan and may change.
Plans
Generation is included while your membership is active, and what each plan includes is arranged through your point of purchase or your program. If a generation fails, you can simply run it again. Plan entitlements have no cash value and aren't redeemable or transferable.
Acceptable use
Keep your credentials private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Don't use the Service to create content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, deceptively impersonates real people or organizations, or sexualizes minors. And don't probe, overload, resell, or work around the Service's technical safeguards. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
Your content & outputs
You keep the rights you hold in the material you submit, and you grant us what's needed to process it and show you your history. Subject to your plan and applicable law, you may use your generated outputs commercially. You are responsible for how outputs are used and published, including any rights clearances the underlying material needs.
Payments, renewal & refunds
Subscriptions renew each billing period until canceled; cancel any time via your point of purchase and access runs to the end of the paid period. Refund requests go through your original point of purchase. If your subscription lapses, generation pauses but your history stays accessible. Access granted through a program follows that program's billing terms.
Changes & liability
We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.
